Mentoring Men is powered by a dedicated mix of paid staff and skilled volunteers—working together to make sure every man gets the support he needs.
We’ve got a small but mighty team of professionals leading program delivery, training, outreach and operations. Alongside them, we have a growing network of experienced volunteer mentors, intake officers, peer support facilitators and project specialists—many of whom bring decades of lived experience and wisdom to the table.
From intake to matching, mentoring to monitoring—we’re backed by people who care deeply, act with integrity, and genuinely walk the talk.
