What a mentor brings
Our mentors are trained and supported to walk alongside a mentee one to one, at a pace that suits both people. The role is not about being a counsellor or having a perfect past. It is about life experience, empathy and a willingness to listen.

Mentors give time to regular conversations and offer a steady presence while another man works through what matters to him. The role is about showing up, listening and sharing a different perspective.
How to start
Mentoring Men’s current intake is closed. The live form registers an Expression of Interest for the 2027 intake. It describes a friendly online chat with an experienced mentor as the first step and gives you a chance to ask questions.
