A conversation can change a life. Meet a Mate invited people to reconnect with friends, workmates, gym mates, school mates and new mates.
A month for connection
In October 2025, Mentoring Men and The Man Walk joined around a campaign to bring mates back together. People set a goal for how many mates they would meet during the month and logged catch-ups—coffee, a walk, fishing, gaming, footy, lunch or a call.
The campaign encouraged people to share their journey and invite their network to support more men to connect with someone who has their back.
